Our infrastructure boasts state of the art set up like - Centrally air-conditioned grinding shop equipped with full range of Matrix Internal and Universal CNC Thread Grinding Machines and all other allied machines required to manufacture thread gauges, Temperature & humidity controlled Standards room equipped with all latest types of measuring instruments with traceability to National and International Standards. State of art heat treatment and sub-zero treatment facility, Aesthetically designed Metrology Lab as per ISO 17025 for testing American Petroleum Institute for the manufacture of gauges as per API 5-B and API 7-2 standards. These sophistications are equally matched by experienced, qualified engineers and technical personnel.
Considering the growing needs of quality multi-gauging systems for the automobile industry and to keep abreast with the new trends and technology in pneumatic gauging SIZECONTROL has started a new separate manufacturing facility to cater to this demand.
